At Jeju Garments, we take pride in our collection of pure cotton organic dresses, each featuring a unique size reference chart. We kindly ask all parents to double-check the size chart before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit. Please note that there may be slight color variations due to video shooting. You have a 2-day window to cancel your order before the shipping process is completed. If you receive a damaged item or are not satisfied, you can return the product without washing or wearing it, as long as it has the original labeled tag. Refunds can be processed either as cash or an alternate product, and you can expect the refund within 7 working days. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Shipping Policy

For international orders, shipping charges will be determined based on the delivery option selected. Customers can choose between speed parcel services and business parcel services provided by the Indian Postal Office, ensuring delivery within 3 to 7 days after order confirmation. Once the product is dispatched, customers can track their order using the tracking ID sent by us. For those opting for cash on delivery, it is essential to present a valid ID to the delivery person to receive the package. If you happen to be unavailable at the time of delivery, rest assured that your parcel will be safely held at the nearest post office. You can collect it by visiting the post office and showing your ID.
